Custom Print of a document with index doesn't work.
Since recently we cannot print a range of pages from a document which has an index. Even a simple 7 page document without sections but with an index doesn't work. No error message but just does ...

The bug has been confirmed by Microsoft and this has been reported in some threads in the Word category of the Microsoft Community (https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum?sort=LastReplyDate&dir=Desc&tab=All). Microsoft hasn't released an official statement on this, though, if that is what you are asking.
