Ctrl + click function
The Ctrl + link function on Word does not work. It does not take me to the webpage but instead says it cannot connect to the Internet. If I copy the link and paste it into the address bar, I can get ...
Does the issue affect all documents, or just one particular one?
If it only affects one document, if you upload a copy or it, someone may be able to determine the cause of the problem.
This issue is only on one computer. The function works fine on another computer.
- Under File>Options>Advanced>Editing options, is there a check mark in the box for:
User CTRL + Click to follow hyperlink
Can use use other CTRL + options, such as CTRL + b to embolden text? If not, the CTRL key may be faulty.- Yes, the box is checked. CTRL key works fine for everything else. Thanks.
