creating previously formated replicated tables in newly created pages as the standard for the page.

I'm trying to create a document that repeats a previously created and formatted table as a new table on every subsequently created page. Shis needs to be laid in the middle of a document for a pro forma/template. the whole document wont just be the table though, just for repeated pages.. is this possible?
