Creating Macro in Word adds ","

Using Microsoft Word 2013 - when trying to create a macro for example Alt J it comes up at ALT+,J and I can't use the Alt + J key combination  - what is going on??

Pressing the Alt key activates the so-called accelerator keys on the ribbon, and therefore creating shortcuts which include just the Alt key (followed by a letter) usually doesn't work well. Instead, you can set up a shortcut with three keys, if you want to include the Alt key, for example Alt+Ctrl+J.
