Create boxes in a Word document with the ability to add pictures and day of the month

Good day!   I'm attempting to create a tracker sheet for my treadmill and I have a picture of walking feet and I'd like to create a box around the feet and be able to insert a day of the month.  I'm totally open to suggestion.  I'd like something I can hang on my refrigerator and check off when each day is completed or just write an "X" through it.  I don't know how to insert a copy of the file I tried to create.  Thanks  🙂
