The issue appears to stem from changes in Word’s paste behavior, most likely related to style inheritance and justification settings. When text is pasted from Google Translate, Word defaults to the “Keep Text Only” option, which strips existing formatting and re-applies the Normal style. This process can subtly alter word spacing and line breaks, resulting in shorter or more compressed paragraphs. To resolve this, it is necessary to reset the paste options and ensure that both documents consistently apply the same styles.
