Converting text between two styles using find and replace

Good Afternoon,

I am currently trying to format text that follows a consistent format but multiple times. I am trying to use "Replace" but am unable to work out a way to find text between two headings. 

It would also be useful to create a style that I can apply automatically but I cannot work out how to do that. 

I have attached the below as an example. 

I need the text that follows ? and precedes "Question Feedback"  to become a (lettered) numbered list. 

Any help much appreciated.
