context menu in Word 2016
I take it you are referring to the question context menu in Word 2016 | Microsoft Community Hub ?
It's been a while since I last used that version, but I would try an Office repair first.
Also see if starting Word in application Safe mode makes a difference.

Hello, thank you for your willingness to help me. To understand the problem:
If in word (office 2016), when I right-click, a pop-up window opens. The items that I want to see such as: - cut, - copy, - paste options, etc... are shown to me only when I scroll down the window. There is a large space from the beginning to the location of the listed items, so I have to scroll down to it.
I did not understand your answer: Also see if starting Word in application Safe mode makes a difference.I am attaching a screen for completeness. The first column is the state when I right click. Column no. 2 shows when I scroll in that window and the third column is the state when I scroll to it completely.

Application Safe mode is discussed in the article https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/open-office-apps-in-safe-mode-on-a-windows-pc-dedf944a-5f4b-4afb-a453-528af4f7ac72.
Starting in that mode prevents any add-ins from running and it also makes use of factory default settings, which would help decide the source of this issue.

I warmly greet you, Mr. Blom. Thanks for the recommended procedure.
Yes, I opened word in safe mode and the popup problem went away. However, the emergency mode has some limitations.
I think well if I think that:
1. if I want to have a pop-up window in order, I have to open Word every time in safe mode with restrictions, or
2. open word properly, in normal mode and work with a faulty pop-up window?
