Content Controlled Boxes & Plain Text

Doug_Robbins_Word_MVP thanks for the reply! I’m not sure what it was, but I ended up creating a new document & making it again. That somehow fixed whatever issue was occurring. Again, thanks for replying!
If you upload a copy of the document, one of us will investigate the issue.
