Conditional Formatting On Several Differing Words
Hi, before I came on here I have tried for hours to get this to work so not being lazy and hope someone can help. I have got it to go to one colour on one word like Respiratory with the If function but I have several, like Pack, Dressings, etc and want it to go to one of several colours dependent on what is shown.
I have tried many variations but Word keeps changing the formulas automatically to things that just don't make sense so hopeing someone will know how to nest a few criteria together.
Kind regards
Stephen
Much appreciated if
sging1 You need to use a series of IF field constructions as shown below and in the attached document
