Hello,
In an edited document, I would like the comments to remain visible on the document but the author to be hidden. How can I do this?

In Word for Windows, you can run the Document Inspector and choose to remove personal information. Once you have done that, author names will be removed each time you save, close and reopen the document. You will only see the generic "Author" in a comment for example.
