THISISINFURIATING Thanks for posting this question.
I, like many others, have the same issue as you and find it extremely frustrating, to the point that I am considering our business leaving MS all together (as much as we can).
Other word-processing applications and in fact other MS products work well with the clipboard ... MS Word (using on Android phone) does not and it used to. Please MS ... fix or if it is available, let us know how to successfully use the clipboard with MS Word. Thank you!!!
