Citation and Bibliography greyed out
I just installed Microsoft 365 but the citation and bibliography is greyed out (in Word) and I'm unable to use it. My page number and table of content is also not working. I tried re-installing it several times but the outcome is same. Please Help!
Which file format is this? The Citations & Bibliography feature isn't fully supported if the document is in the older *.doc format.
Your second screen shot is showing field codes. You can switch back to field results by pressing Alt+F9 (in Word for Windows). Some keyboards may require that you press Alt+Fn+F9 instead.
