change pdf file to docx

how do I take a complex pdf file and change it to a docx file so I can cut and past with it?

    drjohnmayfield In Word, press CTRL+O to display the Open dialog. Then browse to the folder contaiing the PDF file that you want to open. and from the dropdown in the bottom right corner, select PDF Files (*.pdf).

     

    You should then be able to select the file and click on the Open button.  Depending upon how the PDF file was created, the reslt may be less that satisfactory.
