Can't print color after upgrade to Windows 10

We recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and now we cannot print color word documents. The documents were created in Windows 7 and are templates we use frequently, so they are saved to our One Drive. Now that we have Windows 10, there is not an option to print color and everything is printing in greyscale.  I cannot find anything in the print menu, page setup, or anywhere allowing a print in color option. The printer will print color from other sources such as downloaded email documents.
