Black theme in word 2016 unavailable

Need help, the black theme option in word 2016 is unavailable. Did the registry and set it to 4 (

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\UI Theme) but to no avail.
