Automating messages

Hello,

   We have a large overnight mail merge process.

    We have about half a dozen of these messages that hold everything up until a User answers them on the email file server:

   

We only have to OK this message, and it is defaulting the font.

 

Q/ How can we automate this so no manual intervention is required?

 What settings can be employed within WORD to automate the OK response so that our end of day emailing can proceed without the need for manual intervention.

We have a large batch of (currently) 750 users to email to and this can cause a backlog in the following days processing for our Users doing their work.

    You can either send it directly using a VBA macro (remember to enable macro trust for VBA), or achieve cloud-based automated messaging via Power Automate + Word API (the cloud solution requires an M365 subscription).
