Arabic document turned into blank page

I have finished writing a document, having saved all the time for hours.  Then SOMETHING weird happened. The 980 words disappeared and I ended up with a blank page. I closed word and reopened hopin...

Thank you for replying.

I used a desktop PC with Office 2016.

This is the path where the document is saved:

https://d.docs.live.net/44a9e27fe92325c9/Desktop/recoverer/%D8%A7%D9%86%D8%AA%D9%87%D8%AA%20%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%BA%D9%85%D8%A9.docx

 

I open Office and save the documents sometimes to OneDrive and sometimes to the D Drive.

    One reply I sent seems to be missing.

    It's about:

    -Click Win key + S, type Microsoft Upload Center,

    I couldn't access The Upload Center.

    I'm sending screenshots below.

    One of them is my missing document which is showing as blank. the other screenshot is my missing documents when I try to open it with Notepad.

     

    if you try to open any normal Word document it'll look like my screenshot. That proves to me my blank document is hidden intact on my PC.

    I must admit that I feel the retrieval of my document is related to the post by Mukesh.

    i.e. it's related to this:

    which as you can see from the screenshot below is not working on my PC.

    I'm also sending the screenshots related to the above.

    Also, I'm using Office 2016. So maybe if I upgrade to Windows 365 I'll be able to access the documents stored on my PC.

    Any thought?
