ANDROID - Word no longer opening a bubble to copy, cut and paste.
ANDROID PHONE - Word no longer opening a bubble to copy, cut and paste. It started about a week ago. I spent a couple of hours with Microsoft tech support, they could not make it any better .
My copy, cut and paste works in every other application, program and browser. There is only a problem with MS word.
We tried everything that MS Tech could think of trying.
Anyone seen this before, or have any ideas?

You may also want to check if there is a known issue with selecting in the version of Android OS you are running.
