adding a space after the pucntuation , in my previous sample file
In order to have some semblance I need the following:
the final sample file which I am attaching is excellent. I still would like to have a space following each punctuation mark.

ggre1335 Assuming that the punctuation is the items highlighted in yellow below, you should be able to use the replace facility to replace each punctuation type (period or comma) with the same thing with a space (either before or after it)
