For the past month every time I try to use an Add-In in word I get the following error "we couldn't connect to the '{0}' catalog server for this add in." I have tried from multiple computers, Safari,...
I have same issue of "We couldn't connect to the (0) catalog server for this add-in" with multiple Addins.. Their support keeps blaming the add-ins, but since multiple add-ins have this issue, it's likely Microsoft's issue. To be particular I am having trouble with Mendeley Cite; Wikipedia etc
Were any of the Add-Ins downloaded through the Microsoft Store?
Have you asked the producers of the problem Add-Ins about the problem?
