Add-in Error: We could't connect to the '{0}' catalog server for this add in
I am now having this issue as well. One of my apps started acting up, and I could not delete it or add any new add-ins since. I have signed in and out several times. Uninstalled and reinstalled my Microsoft 365 several times. Checked my settings. Tried to get add-ins through Edge and Chrome. I have spent hours on this to no avail, and this has been totally unacceptable. I am not able to utilize my paid add-ins. FIX THIS!!!
Same, I am still having the issue.

Have you reviewed my reply and that of Doug Robbins?
Which Add-Ins?

It happens with multiple. The one I was originally trying to use was Agiloft Astra but now I have tried others just to see if anything works and I get the same error with Gen Text AI Assistant, Adobe, Pro Writing Aid, etc. (I've tried all of the "popular" suggestions).

Neither Doug nor I work for Microsoft. We are not seeing the problem. We both write Add-Ins. Adobe Acrobat Add-In works fine here. I have not tried any of the others you've named. I am running more that 30 Add-Ins.
Saying "I've tried all the 'popular' suggestions." does not tell us what you've tried; it leaves us guessing.
Were any of the Add-Ins downloaded through the Microsoft Store?
Have you asked the producers of the problem Add-Ins about the problem?
Feel free to download one of my Add-Ins and see if it causes the problem for you. Add-Ins
