. Docx files not opening on iPhone.
I send word documents saved in. Docx over Facebook to my customers but over the last month my iPhone customers haven't been able to open them. They can still open older files that are also. Docx. Can someone please help?
- Ask your customer to start the Word app first and then see if they can open the documents from within Word.
