Google fiber being blocked??
I’m on Google fiber and can't download the newest ISO. I get a msg that says some block of IPs is being blocked because they are not who they say they are. Likewise, I have no anonymizer running and ...
I tried again now (after ~24 hours since the last attempt) and the site generated a download link successfully.
Same problem here Japan NTT Fiber.

After disconnecting the router and changing the public IPv4 address, the same error occurred. However, when I tried again the next day, the download started normally.
Honestly, it took a long time before the download became possible.
We've encountered similar errors in previous builds several times before, but this is the first time we've experienced such a continuous blockage.
