In-place build upgrade with Windows Update?
Is there a way to download new builds through Windows Update, similar to Windows 10/11 experience?

Not yet. We just finished a survey with the Insider community to determine interest and it is something we are actively investigating.
- Mary any update on in-place updates via Windows Update?
- We still have a lot of work to do to enable this functionality for Server Editions. I'll post updates as we get closer.
I am very looking forward to this survey and outcomes. Having the ability to deploy in-place upgrades / drivers + firmware through Azure Update Management Center via seperate update categories would be very helpful.
Mary Hoffman thanks Mary. I understand there's potential for stability issues if new builds break features, but perhaps something that's an opt-in on the device would be a good idea.
