FEATURE REQUESTS - Windows Server Datacenter Azure Edition 2022 and 2025
Dear Windows Server Insider team,
1. remove manual preparation for activation
The Windows Server Azure Edition only runs on Azure VMs or Azure Stack HCI and has licensing requirements and without these would never activate.
However in Azure Edtion ISO the AVMA key (WS 2022 Azure Edition) and Azure Edition Insider is not included in the WIM.
I would help a lot if this would be the case as this edition would not accept to activate with any other SN anyway. Is it possible to include it? What could be reasons against?

2. remove manual preperation for Hotpatch
In addition it seems that the Hotpatch feature needs manual intervention when installed on Azure Stack HCI via ISO Not so in native Azure VMs.
This is currently by design according to the reference. Wonder why.

Both steps could ease deployments of this Azure (Stack HCI) benefit quite a lot.
3. How about Hotpatch in Windows Server 2025 via ISO?
Is it activated by default?
Thank you for your consideration!
