Feature Request: sconfig to include more basic settings and tasks

Some ideas for basic settings:

- disable / enable LMhost

- disable / enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP

- enable / disable / configure Delivery Optimization

- being able to setup more than primary and secondary DNS servers > array

- enable / disable Defender, eventually an option onboard it to Azure Defender by downloading the package via PS wget / iex

- download / install winget

- winver (does not exist on Server Core install option) and it is not easy to get the acutal build number (2xxxx.x)

- uninstall Windows Updates

- Update History (get-Hotfix, sorted by installedon)

- very common repair features (Repair-WindowsImage, sfc, WU repair (like WSUSreset script), WSUS ID Reset
