CXL Memory Expansion on WinServer 2025

I'm looking to find out if on window server 2025 is CXL Type 3 in memory expansion mode is validated "GA" and if so which cxl devices. I'm having issues finding this information.  Anyone know and abl...

    Official CXL support timeline in Windows Server for any scenario is TBD. The preview support in WS2025 is for memory expansion.

CXL support is currently in preview in WS2025. GA of CXL support is TBD.

    Would it be possible to have more information about Microsoft support of CXL in Windows, Windows Server and Azure Local ?

    Christina and team, is this for 'memory expansion' only or are you saying CXL 'full support' is TBD? or both?  i'm a bit unclear as i read it was already available for 'memory expansion' only via cxl.  i'm asking because details matter :) to me anyway.

        Hi Christina_Curlette​, thank you for your answer. I don't know what 'full support' would mean. I can reformulate my question as the following : Can you please share more information about the Microsoft strategy, current state and roadmap about implementing CXL in Windows both for Windows desktop editions, Azure editions, and Server editions. It could start by explaining how CXL memory expansion in preview is currently implemented (knowing that CXL memory expansion support cannot be implemented without some underlying CLX support to rely on)?
