Add native postfix to Windows Server

With the removal of smtp from Windows Server starting with Windows Server 2025, microsoft should add postfix to the server in a similar manner to how ssh was added to windows server.

The source code is actively maintained: https://github.com/vdukhovni/postfix

That would certainly be appreciated. Not all environments are allowed to make use of internet based solutions (SaaS) or are incapable of using such systems. With IIS/SMTP being deprecated (which is fine by itself, it hasn't changed since 2003 and is missing quite relevant security options like DKIM and is a crime to reconfigure not to accept 8bitMime) a decent, maintainable solution is quite welcome. Not everyone is destined to be a Docker guru and WSL is nowhere near stable for production use.
