Windows server essentials 2019 unable to connect to rdp

I have downloaded the evaluation version (Windows server essentials 2019) from Microsoft site, i have installed it on Hyper V (running by Windows 10 pro).
I have problem to connect to the windows Server i have installed withing the RDP.. i have installed RDP feature, allowed remotely connecting, open firewall port to 3389.. what else is missing.. why i can't connect to my Windows server from the outside. (Please noticed, it is possible to conncet from Wondows 10 pro thru RDP to Wondows server, but not possible to connect from the outside network.

Thanks

If you run a server and would like to remote access to it then the best option it to provide static ip to the server or router (Enable port forwarding on your router) . Please follow below article for more details.

    Thank you

As you mentioned you are unable to RDP to the server from outside of your local network.

Have you assigned static IP address to the server? Can you ping the server?

    Thank you

I haven't assigned static ip, i have just tried to connect with the Ip (ipv4) that i have got from ipconfig.

Does it have to have a static ip to be able to use/connect to the windows server?
