Hyper-V Server 2019

Hello, I am trying to connect USB memory sticks to the hypervisor and when disconnecting them and then assigning them the virtual machine gives me this error:

I tried changing them from mbr to gpt and vice versa with diskpart, formatting them .. but there is no way I can disconnect them and consequently add it to the virtual machine ..
