Hyper V guest machine auto sutdown

Dear Expert,

I am facing an issue in my hyper v environment. My some of hyper-v guest servers automatically shutdown. I observed it is randomly any of one or two guest machine goes down.

This issue I am facing since long. Many times i created ticket to Microsoft , but not found nay solution or root cause.

Kindly advise me how to find the root cause or solution for the same.
