CRITICAL ISSUE WITH WINRM/WSMAN

Windows gives the following error whilst installing features with the stupid server manager: "The WS-Management service cannot process the request. The service is configured to not accept any remote shell requests" despite enabling the stupid little GPO policy which should make windows allow "Remote Shell Requests".

    Which Windows OS ? Remote Management is enabled by default since 2016 at least. Which GPO setting are you trying to configure ? What happens on local Server Manager GUI ?
