WSl Error Code Wsl/Service/CreateInstance/CreateVm/E_INVALIDARG

Since updating to Windows 11 Build 25905.1000 I habe problems to start the WSL systems and the Hyper-V systems.

Starting a new Ubuntu system in WSL following error occures:

    Error: 0x80070057 Falscher Parameter.
