Windows Security app doesn't respond
I'm on windows 11 and there are some "recommended actions" for Windows Security. Left or Right-clicking the icon doesn't do anything. Selecting the app through the menu opens a window for windows security, displays the blue shield and nothing else. I've tried the Command prompt scannow method, I've tried the powershell fix in admin mode, not of it works.
Heres what I see when I open Windows Security:
Has anyone run into this issue before, are there any known fixes?
Thanks.

Hello when I get to "Install the required PowerShell Modules" > Set-Prerequisites it is not recognized as a cmdlet. In the previous step when running MMARemovalUtilitySetup.ps1 nothing happens. Am I missing something or should there be other modules loaded before continuing?

It worked for me, just checked the AMA migration helper! But the script ".\MMAUnistallUtilityScript.ps1 UninstallMMAExtension" doesn't work, you will have to write ".\MMAUnistallUtilityScript.ps1 UninstallExtension" instead to start the script.

Arjun_Rajan, what walkaround did you eventually use? It seems this has to done manually??

Hello _RyanT, there is a problem with the Function app, and they officially mentioned it in the documentation. They are currently working to resolve this issue.

Arjun_Rajan Did you ever find a solution for this issue? I am seeing the same thing. We had no errors during the script execution, and the verbose messaging implied everything completely successfully. However 10 hours after deploying the dashboard, I'm still seeing the same error messages.

Hello Paul,
Thank you for your detailed guide. I am facing some strange issue after the discovery. the dashboard is broken, I can see the right permission is granted to MI and I don't see any error during the script execution.

You could deploy both the AMA agent and DCR defintion via Azure Policy. This includes Azure ARC hosts.
