Windows 11 to 7th generation Intel.
So, i have a Intel Core i5-7500 processor and, theoretically i would be able to use Windows 11. But Microsoft does not support it yet. Is there any chance that they will support this processor?

Any updates to this thread ? It's been a month and Microsoft didn't fix its mistake yet ...
I mean, what are you even doing Microsoft ? You've announced that 7740x is now in the supported list and out of nowhere you've removed it ? We need an explanation
- Jeroen675Copper ContributorI see that the last update is on 31 of august. But today Windows 11 is official released ( 6 of October) and i am the owner of a Intel Core i7-7740x but when i run the PC health check tool it marks the Intel Core i7-7740x as unsupported for Windows 11????
- hoomansa7Copper Contributor7740x got removed from the supported list
- Reza_AmeriSilver ContributorTry open start and search for feedback and open Feedback Hub app and file a report and request your processor to be supported.
- jpdacostazaCopper ContributorI noticed the same thing Intel Core i7-7740X was on the list now seems to be removed.
When will compatibility list get fixed and how long to expect the rollout now that they have been removed from the list as health check app failes im assuming it wont push update as intended... - testing710Brass Contributor
Microsoft announced Windows 11 is coming in October, but support for Android apps might be delayed until 2022 and come first as an Insider Preview
https://screenrant.com/microsoft-windows-11-android-app-support-delayed/ does that mean first as insder preview for android app support in october 5 2021

Try download and run the Windows Insider Preview PC Health Check Application (microsoft.com)
It will check your system and see if it is compatible with the Windows 11 or not.
In case, it is not compatible, you may create a new feedback in the Feedback Hub and request it to become available.
There is no guarantee, it will be available but this is a way to let the Windows team know about your concern.

- Reza_AmeriSilver ContributorTrue, you could join the Windows Insider but you don't have to install the insider build and you could sign in with your Microsoft Account to do that.

Yes, Microsoft has not added this processor to the list of compatible, but at their own risk some users install Windows11.
Windows10 is getting better - so why risk it!
- hoomansa7Copper ContributorSo this is wrong ,,,
i can't install it on 7740x . are there any solutions ?- Deleted
This is one of the discussions that shows that you can install Windows11 on un supported hardware, but I don't recommend this step!

only thing stopping me is the messsage I7 7740X not supported ?
its in the list right of supported processors.
- DeletedI did not check it, I think that there are changes in the requirements for Windows11 all the time,
so if the computer is prepared for the update, everyone will receive a notification.
there is no point in hurrying is my private opinion
