- Try restart your PC and try again.
You may try download and run the following tool to repair .NET:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=30135
And try again- Restarted, tryed again install - error. Downloaded tool to repair - same error, restarted - error. OptionalFeatures.exe install returns error too =\
