Windows 10 UltraISO can't detect external drive

This can be resolved by manually selecting ‘Write disk image’ from the boot menu and switching the hard drive option to the target external hard drive.

Run UltraISO as an administrator, and when manually selecting Write Disk Image from the startup menu, switch the hard drive option to the target external hard drive.
