Windows 10 UltraISO can't detect external drive

UltraISO fails to recognize external hard drive when creating bootable USB on Windows 10. Need help.

Run UltraISO as an administrator, and when manually selecting Write Disk Image from the startup menu, switch the hard drive option to the target external hard drive.
