Widows very very slow and hangs after update

Recently i update my windows from 10 to 11.After that the system is very very slow and i am not able to perform regular works.it is windows insider preview build  . now it is at Canary Chanel and  unable to switch to  Beta Chanel.While trying to leave the insider program  it directs to Microsoft web page and leave the insider program command is inactive and shows that the email address is not registered as a windows insider

    You can currently not leave the Canary Channel. You have to reinstall Windows to do this.

      NoraaJunker Thank you for the feed back.For time being there is any method available for switch to beta Chanel

        In this case, you can download ISO - Beta , perform a clean installation of Windows Beta, only so you can -> immediately downgrade the Insider version, unfortunately you can not switch to a lower version automatically.
