Join the Windows Insider Program and manage Insider settings - Microsoft Support
The problem might be your computer manufacturer's software or a third-party antivirus program.
- Reza_AmeriSilver ContributorHave you check your system with PC Health Check app?

Are you seeing any error message? - Alabamatom1963Steel ContributorHave you Enable the TPM on your system. This will prevent Win 11 from installing.

Hi, I have a question, whether you turned on a business card with an email address?
I'm a little surprised by this 🙂

My Email and Personal Info should be showing below my comments.
- You've 12th gen Intel processor, should work with Windows 11. Kindly confirm with PC Health Check app for other Windows 11 requirements.
Also, let us know what exactly happens when you try to link your Microsoft account with Windows Insider settings. Any error you received? - Nahe522Copper Contributortrhanks everyone,
pc healt have located the problem, my TPM has not detected, is just because my BIOS dont have any update, thank you , have a nice day 😃- Reza_AmeriSilver ContributorCorrect, you will need to have TPM to be able to upgrade to Windows 11. Sometimes if you have it but it shows not available, you need to enable it in UEFI/BIOS.

- Alabamatom1963Steel ContributorOnce you have everything up and running go to Start, Settings, Windows Update. Now Click on Get the Latest Updates as soon as their available. Now the next thing to do is to Click on Windows Insider Program Click on Choose Your Insider Program then Click on Choose Your Insider Settings. From here Choose the Team that most appropriately fits your Experience.
This could take a Few Days before it shows up the next time you do a Windows Update.
I really hope this helps. - Alabamatom1963Steel ContributorNow, if you are already an Windows Insider then go here and get the latest Version available...
