Hello Retifiso.
You're running a quite old Windows 11 Insider build, you should consider updating to a newer one: read the article at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-insider/build-expiration to know how to do that.
If you want to go back to Windows 10, you have to perform a clean installation of that Windows version.
Bye.

Why Windows10? - Only if your computer does not meet the technical requirements - this may be true, so you need to check it.
Surely this build needs updating:

I prefer to move ahead to the most recent 11 availability. I received 11 as a demonstration build several months before its commercial launch. Perhaps I'm less sophisticated than this requires. Should I ignore the request?

Download the ISO image - you can - update in place, or perform a clean insider installation, if it still will be an error then you will install Windows10.
