Verify Request to Replace Windows 11
Microsoft is prompting me to replace my copy of the Windows 11 insider build 25314 with a Windows 10 download by Friday 9/15/23. Please verify the request.

You're running a quite old Windows 11 Insider build, you should consider updating to a newer one: read the article at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-insider/build-expiration to know how to do that.
If you want to go back to Windows 10, you have to perform a clean installation of that Windows version.
