Verbose Status Improvement
Hi, I had a idea where for verbose status, you should make it so if its set to 2, it will display the verbose messages under shutdown or restart, example:
Restarting
(Stopping service: Windows Modules Installer)
or make it next to it like
Restarting (Stopping Service: Windows Modules Installer)

Currently, Windows does show some shutdown messages (e.g., "Waiting for Background Tasks to Close", "Closing 1 app and restarting"), but they are generic and often don't specify which service or process is delaying the shutdown. Your suggestion would add highly valuable debugging visibility.

Enable the policy to display very detailed status messages in the Group Policy Editor to show detailed text, such as “Service stopped,” when the system restarts.

Are you confused? I actually mean adding a improvement.
