Verbose Status Improvement
Hi, I had a idea where for verbose status, you should make it so if its set to 2, it will display the verbose messages under shutdown or restart, example: Restarting (Stopping service: Windows Modu...
Currently, Windows does show some shutdown messages (e.g., "Waiting for Background Tasks to Close", "Closing 1 app and restarting"), but they are generic and often don't specify which service or process is delaying the shutdown. Your suggestion would add highly valuable debugging visibility.
