Unmountable_boot_volume

When I turn on my laptop it shows a green screen and says " your windows insider build ran into a problem and needs to restarts, we'll restart for you"

It keeps getting restarted and I can't open my pc.

Please help!

    Since when this problem started?
    Do you have access to the Windows installation media?
    Try force shutdown twice and see if it shows you option to run in Safe Mode?

      The problem started 4 hours ago as I opened my pc. I don't have access to the media drive as I use a laptop Reza_Ameri

        Start your PC and try force shutdown twice (press power off for few seconds) and see if it start the recovery page and you are able to boot in Safe Mode?
        You may get insider build from:
        https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windowsinsiderpreviewiso
        And you could create a bootable USB and boot with it and reinstall or repair Windows.
