Unable to Switch Dev Channel to Beta (A Solution)

Let me add that resetting the computer - only reinstalls Dev. insider , so I'm curious about your answer 🙂
It restores to the most previous backed up state, and in my case that was Beta.Insider - so the solution worked for me.
