Windows Dev Channel

So my Problem is the following: I want to stop receiving Insider Builds. I did all the instructions, I left the Programme and reset the PC. But when I reinstalled Windows, the Insider Build were automaticly installed again. So I did everything again. And again, it reinstalled Insider Builds. Additionally, I am still getting Insider Build Updates even though my E-Mail isnt even registered for the Programme. I wondered if someone had the same issue and could help me with resolving it.
