Unable to open OS intallation tool from Microsoft
When I open the tool to create bootable USB, It says the application cannot be opened on your pc.
Need help urgently.

Can you please tell from where did you download the tool, was it the Official media creation tool from Microsoft which was downloaded from https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-download/windows10 official website and what are your computer specs?
TheShaunSaw the app was downloaded fromthe site "https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-download/windows10". an the app name is mediacreationtool1909. When I open I'm getting "This App cant run on your PC, to finda version for your PC , check with the software publishe. Please find attached screenshot.
Also due to this issue OS is not getting updated. updates fails. and I'm unable to do any clean install.
Your problem does not seem to be with the media creation tool but with the execution of the application and I don't have a solution to that but I found an article about this problem whose link is as follows:
