Unable to open OS intallation tool from Microsoft

Question

When I open the tool to create bootable USB, It says the application cannot be opened on your pc.Need help urgently.

TheShaunSaw&nbsp;the app was downloaded fromthe site "https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-download/windows10". an the app name is mediacreationtool1909. When I open I'm getting "This App cant run on your PC, to finda version for your PC , check with the software publishe. Please find attached screenshot.&nbsp;Also due to this issue OS is not getting updated. updates fails. and I'm unable to do any clean install.
