If force restarting doesn't work, check if the screen is damaged or abnormal. If the screen is intact but it still doesn't work, it may be a system problem. It is recommended to connect to a computer and restore the system with iTunes to see if it can be fixed. If it doesn't work, you may need to send it to an Apple store for inspection. It may be a hardware problem.

iPhone screen not responding to touch! Sometimes, software glitches can cause the touchscreen to stop responding. You can connect your iPhone to a computer and check for any potential software issues. Using iTunes (Windows/MacOS Mojave and earlier) or Finder (MacOS Catalina and later):
- Connect your iPhone to your computer using a USB cable.
- Open iTunes or Finder and select your device.
- Look for any software updates available. If prompted, update your iPhone to the latest version.
- If there's an issue, you might see a message to "Restore" or "Update." Try clicking "Update" first to see if it can resolve the problem without losing your data.

Try clicking "Update" first to see if it can resolve the problem without losing your data. This method sounds quite reliable, especially using iTunes or Finder to check for system problems. But I am a little worried. If I click "Restore" directly when the iPhone screen is not responding to touch, will all the data be cleared? I still have some important photos and files in my phone, and I don't want to lose them just because of the system repair. If "Update" doesn't work, is "Restore" the only option? Has anyone tried this method and did the data remain after the restoration?
